A father of two in his 40's. I have been an unaffiliated voter in NC that traditionally voted Dem. I was excited when Obama won but have been bitterly disappointed. I was interested in Ron Paul because of his Foreign Policy position. I wasn't sure about his domestic policies but a trip to Colonial Williamsburg in August of 2011 re-kindled my interest in early American history and caused me to re-examine the role of government and Ron Paul. I switched registration to Republican because I mistakenly misinterpreted the primary rules in NC. Regardless, I now fully support Ron Paul and his candidacy.
