Obama was still in the ramp up phase in Q2 (he only announced his campaign in mid-February). His numbers have been flat since then (19M in Q3, probably about the same or less in Q4 once he releases his primary only Q4 totals on Jan 31)

Yesterday, Ron Paul's Q4 donations passed Obama's Q3 primary donations (FEC reports: 18,913,250). I don't have a new donor count, but I suspect Paul has more Q4 donors than Obama (who has about 121,000). If he gets to 19,784,618 before midnight, he will also pass up Hillary's Q3 FEC primary...
