Good point. Though, the question isn't whether the information to do so would be available. The question is whether or not the people would know how to access that information and act on it.

RFID enabled firearms. Think about that one for a bit. All future firearms mandated to have RFID technology embedded in the grip. You can't shoot unless you have the proper RFID certifications and the gun is 'keyed' to you.
