He's on some of the FOX weekend business show panels. If you watch those shows, you know he is their token libertarian/free market oriented guest. I like him, but this is not a shocker.
As much as we are disappointed he didn't win, the press on this will be good for RP. Even looking at Google news pieces shows an overall positive slant and a lot of mentions about how we smoked Guiliani.
