The polls were wrong. All post-debate polling (including the last day of the DMR "Gold Standard) showed Rand getting a bounce.

Rand is a badass, but honestly, what exactly has he accomplished in the Senate? In spite of his heroic efforts, the only thing that comes to mind is suspending the Patriot Act for 24 hours. The battle will be even more up hill over the next six years, because I believe the next president...

Proposing term limits without imposing a term limit on oneself is a path to rightfully becoming a laughingstock. I would hate to see Rand leave the Senate because of a self-imposed term limit, but that's why I'm opposed to term limits. The scum in Congress only gets replaced by more scum...

That's not why Rubio surged. His not treating Trump and Cruz like angels doesn't appear to have hurt them at all. Sadly, Rand appears to have been a non-factor in this presidential race, no matter what he did or might have done.

No way does Rand under-perform his post-debate DMR polling or the non-organized Ben Carson.
