there's no reason why the media would lie about something like delegate counts. It is irrespective of the media, and will be outright proven wrong or right at the convention.

There is no point in CNN doing an expensive exit poll if all the results are going to be announced at the same time. Exit polls are to predict results while still waiting on counties to declare each of their results.
