I think perhaps what you are saying is zeitgest is also controlling the market. However you/they can influence the market but cannot control it. There are too many individuals in the market even if there are tens of millions of people in the zeitgest movement who are also in the market. Control of the market by zeitgest is not 52-48 (roughly) as was with the election. The market potentially has 6 billion individuals who could participate so there is no way zeitgest can control the market as it can public opinion.
So..."you are missing something" what is it?
Not asking what the endgame is as that will clearly take a long time and will be an evolving process, though at the moment looks like mix of zeitgest/obama/mccain/ronpaul/consitution
