    I believe the swiss franc was until recently. It is supposed to be the most stable fiat currency out there. I am going to buy some yen and francs tomorrow.

    I think it may be the case that banks are using the TAF to fulfill their reserve requirements cheaply. But still, this is the first time in a long time ( someone posted a the numbers for 1959-2000) that the number is negative. Doubt that bodes well.
