Too much junk is vertical grips, magnifiers, double single point sling mounts, single point slings (they are great for door kickers but suck for field use), lasers (unless they are IR), those dam little dot sights on top of scopes and some other stuff I can't think of right now.

Depending on what caliber you are suppressing you could shoot in a house and not have it noticed outside. 9mm and 22lr are no problem. A 16" AR suppressed sounds like a 22lr. My 300 whisper would work fine for a house clearing project without disturbing neighbors

The M4 is very heavy and from what I've seen of them in the field they do not run as good as the M2s. You can go 7+1 with a tube even with 18" barrel. Learn to reload a shotgun and your good to go. Some of those 3 gun guys and stuff the tube full pretty dam fast

Why do people get caught up in the gadget game? Most peoples rifles have way to much crap on them. Gear can not and will not make up for lack of skill or bad tactics. If they would only spend the money on a training class and ammo they would be much better off. Ok my rant is over

Benelli M2 No need to look at anything else. Just get one and be done with it. Trust me I'm a real world gun guy My go to shotty is a 14.5" 870 but since you wanted an auto loader the M2 is the way to go.

The AK and SKS aren't the best platforms to suppress, that's why you don't see it much. Yes it can be done but it's never going to be super quiet. You can PM or email me
