I don't think the doors to any of the locations open until 6:30 pm Central and most people will arrive just before 7 pm Central, so they might start giving you entrance poll results maybe around 7:30 pm Central (because it takes a while to tabulate the results).

The party in Ames is both pre-caucus and post-caucus. We are starting the party at 3pm and then at 6pm we will make sure everyone gets to their caucus location, and then when they come back, there will be more partying to celebrate!!

30,000 would be very high. There are not 10,000 members of the Libertarian and Constitution Parties in Iowa. The number for both is less than 1000.
