    Delegate Money Bomb or ChipIn?

I don't have anything definitive, but could this be construed as vote-buying? We probably need to do a little more research. I'll poke around and see what I can find.

1000s of Apologys for Glenn Beck

The show wasn't a hit piece. Being asked difficult questions but being given plenty of time to answer them is never a hit. Its a godsend for Paul. The fact is one of the major questions hovering over the campaign is the "fringe factor." Guess what, it doesn't go away until it is addressed...

Glenn Beck vs. Ron Paul: The Showdown

Are pro-Paul anarchists out claiming that Paul will dismantle all of the US government? No. Are pro-Paul pro-choice people out claiming that Paul is not pro-life? No. Dr. Paul has set the record straight. He does not agree with 9/11 Truth, and though he may appeal to Truthers, the worst...

HUGE NEWS: NEW Iowa Evangelical Ad Campaign

No disagreement whatsoever. And there is no problem with touting Paul's very real appeal to Christians. But if some MSM outlet sees the cross, they are going to be calling him a hypocrite, even though it quite clearly says it was done by the grassroots with no connection with him...

HUGE NEWS: NEW Iowa Evangelical Ad Campaign

Given Paul's comments this morning, should we really have the crosses anywhere on the ad? I realize it is grassroots, but it seems pretty easy to just take the crosses off.

A linear graph can only mean one thing

Also, the number of people donating per hour at the very beginning (that is, at midnight) was higher than it has reached all day. If there really was a limit on the donation rate, it has to be at least that high, but we haven't gotten back up to that rate.

A linear graph can only mean one thing

If there were a limit to the rate of donations the site could take, then why is the slope of today's line steeper than the November 5th line?

    Byelaws that ban Yard signs

Very good question. My initial response is "absolutely not." HOAs are private law agreements between residents in a neighborhood. HOA rules can certainly be enforced in court, based on rules of contract and land use law. The police can certainly enforce a court order. If the HOA got an...

    Byelaws that ban Yard signs

City of Ladue v. Gilleo (1994) Court struck down a city ordinance that prohibited a resident from putting up an anti-war sign in her window. The decision would reach lawn signs as well. The sign probably can't be too big. a 32-square foot yard sign was nixed under Oregon's billboard controls...

A Possible Risk with google? Important

It is true that trademarks get diluted over time. But one thing companies can do to prevent dilution is to actively enforce (i.e., litigate) the trademark to maintain its legal relevance. You can read more about the topic here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trademark#Dilution
