My understanding of it is yes, the national delegates are bound to vote for the primary winner in the state of OK...but they are not bound if the convention becomes brokered. Interestingly, The GOP Officials at the meeting asked us to start referring to it as an "Open" or "Disputed" Convention.

Actually, I am somebody ;) Sorry, I can only report for my precinct...and 4 out of 5 of us are Ron Paul supporters. But, we all get to vote for our county and state delegates and ultimately our national convention delegates...which will be Ron Paul Supporters! It is explained fairly well...
