Pleb I think many of us are uninitiated and unfamiliar with all this delegate stuff. The jargon, jockeying, etc. is incomprehensible to me. Why can't anyone tell us uninitiated, in easy to understand terms, what it takes to be a delegate, at what point does the campaign chose their delegate...
