I wish Jury Nullification was more widely known and practiced, but it seems like most people (including myself until very recently) have never even been told about their right to strike down bad laws. FIJA and other organizations give me hope that this may change someday. And Boomer from SodaHead tells me that he's in college studying criminal justice. If ever there was someone who I'd encourage to become a lawyer, it would be him! ;-)

BTW: There are a couple really flamboyant right-wingers who post here sometimes, but don't let them scare you off. I'm pretty sure they're COINTELPRO.
