    Ya, but come on, I've lived in the south for about 85% of my life, and I would say that south of Northern VA, 7 out of 10 people you run across will have at least a slight southern accent. Once you get from Charlotte south, I'd say that jumps up to 4 out of 5 people (even WITH the transplants)
