exactly my point. I'm not exactly pleased about the level of min wage at the moment. We can't make min wage too high, but we need laws to prevent criminal wages. The only people who will gladly work for less than minimal wage is illegal aliens.

Min wage laws do not create unemployment. 7.25 an hour is shit pay, and any company can pay any employee that much at the very least. The only jobs that are lost are the modern day version of serfdom. Do you honestly think anyone could afford to live off less than 6 or even 5 dollars an hour?
