Its likely to be Santorum 29 (assuming he wins all 4 CDs), Romney 4, Gingrich 4, Paul 3. The last statewide proportional delegate has been switching around, so Paul could get to 4. Everyone gets statewide delegates, as only Santorum is over 20%.

Actually, even NH's delegates haven't been picked yet - but they are expected to be later this week. The candidates have to notify NH which delegates off their original list get the slots. Huntsman gets to pick 2 - and then release them - and it's likely he will choose 2 that will vote for...

No. In the GOP, only the two national committeemen/women, plus the state chair, for a total of 3/state, are superdelegates. (Democrats have many more superdelegates, and they do include all House and Senate members).
