Thank you for your answer. So the treasury can only print when the FED adds money into the economy, which they create by just writing a number down and having it owed back. And then that money supply is increased due to the fractional banking system?

Can anyone explain how the treasury prints the actual paper dollars the FED doesn't print the money yet the FED is the one that increases the money supply? Is it just that the FED increases credit into the economy in exchange for debt?

His answer on social security and not being a threat to older voters was perfect.
