Except that you don't know that it's a free market push for diversity. There's a financial incentive to avoid discrimination lawsuits so it's logical to assume that some companies are doing DEI stuff to avoid those lawsuits.

You were talking about trump discriminating, and I responded with what he should have done instead as it relates to the topic at hand. I never said how I prioritized the civil rights act in relation to other things trump needs to do (or not do).

Neither one of us really knows whether these DEI programs are voluntary. I concede I don't have hard evidence about DEI scores but I certainly do with the civil rights act. I said a couple times now that Trump should not be pressuring...

Either way the only thing I care about is that the hiring process is voluntary. And it's not voluntary because of the existence of anti-discrimination laws mainly from the civil rights act and also because of government funds for high DEI scores...

I would think by definition any hiring diversity program means you are not hiring the best candidates.

The debt just jumped up by 400 billion in the last week. We're about to hit 38 trillion. We could easily hit 40 trillion by early next year. I've been saying for awhile now that 40 trillion could be a potential wake up call.
