1/2% fed cut brings the rate to 3%! If Helicopter Ben cuts rates another 3%, does that mean the fed will start paying people to borrow money? ;-) Dollar (index) just hit its 2nd lowest point in 40 years! Gold surging, oil up. British pound up, Euro up and the Dow is down right now...
