Jessica does great in debates too. It got to where her opponent refused to participate in forums or town hall meetings with her - wouldn't even answer questions at a meet and greet. Jessica would out do her every time without making personal attacks, all on the issues.

Great idea imo - especially cost wise. If there are 2400 delegates (not sure on the number just going by op's figures). first class postage would be $1080. and say .10 supplies (envelope, label, and copy) would add another $240. So $1320 to make each mailing. If we could eliminate the RP...

Where did you get the info on having to be over 30 to be an at large delegate? There is an 18yo that was picked. Not sure if he is a delegate or alternate but he was at large.

This ruling was for the Temporary Rules Committee meetings. Their meetings can be recorded now. Those that opposed recording really felt the heat with all the delegates in the room watching and testifying - demanding transparency. I'm sure it will come up again in the permanent rules...
