I know of a few candidates that will be running in 2014. I am interested in finding a web platform for these candidates that is cheaper than Netroots. Does anyone have any experience with any web platforms or recommendations?

A few of my friends have been calling and are getting significantly low rates that people are answering their phones. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, can someone elaborate about the script that is used? I haven't been able to make calls personally and I am interested in what questions...
