Good point guess we will know after we see what happens with the carbon credit legislation.
On another note I would not say they are being set up as a scapegoat but the actual problem if this article is to be believed (which I do).

I'll leave the debate of what to invest in to Norway for now.
Ultimately we will be the ones to choose what this fund invests in.

Although I am advicating that the monies from this be used to fund gov programs. I am not advicating it be run by the gov.

Never said it would be easy.
This is something that will indeed take decades, but worth working towards.
But there are a couple idea's I've had to get some cash.
First quit supporting insolvent institutions and businesses letting them fail and having a couple bad years is better...
