March 10th is another caucus in Kansas which will probably go Santorum and then 3 of the U.S. territories which are delegates as Paul can use them.

I mean Rand Paul is like a social-conservative but has a non-interventionist view like his father. But in 2015 he could become Governor of Kentucky when the currents Governors term is up. In 2016, he would have to choose between running for the Senate seat of his or President.

Obama is winning huge latino support right now because of the vote down of the DREAM Act, etc. and Rubio knows Romney is a sinking ship like the rest of the GOP know he is, plus, Rubio can wait until 2016 to actually run for President and win.
