    How convenient. Sounds like of like getting pulled over by the cops in Mexico and having to pay them whatever you have on you in order to "get out of it".

    Our military left our mainland unprotected during WWII. We later found out that Japan didn't attack our mainland because Americans all own guns. That's something to think about.

    The government knows that if they let schools degrade to hell then parents will pay to send their kids to private schools. That takes the burden of paying for your kids off of their spending budget. There's so many ways they get you besides raising taxes. Keeping funding for things like schools...
