I understand that it was a Freedom of Information Act request. However, aren't you concerned about the fact that it states "Dissemination to the media or general public is not authorized"?

I suggest that you listen to this black man's perspective on Dr. Ron Paul. Especially when the media attempts to bring up "racist" things from the past. 85allthewaylive also has many other interesting videos on his YouTube page.
