There are so many other reasons to vote for McCain (or Clinton) this kind of stuff is not necessary (and goes into such guarded territory that I think the mainstreaming of it would backfire on whomever accused McCain even if true).

Though my immediate reaction was a sarcastic unsurprised "well...'ain't' that somethin'?"... I think it was probably just a malfunction/"goof-up".

The idea that Carter (see the East Timor-Indonesia conflict) and Clinton (see the Kosovo, Sudanese, Iraq, and Haitian conflicts) are "anti-war" presidents is absolutely fucking absurd. Same thing with Obama and Clinton.

I've watched this same back-forth between these two in different gradations of CNN/MSNBC/ABC projected brown light too many times. They might as well send in taped video replies to questions.

The problem is they're voting. Even watching the media, you are still aware McCain wants another 100 yrs in Iraq, Romney, Huckabee, Giuliani all want a continued war; all have obvious (just from watching mostly positive media coverage) economically-unsound platforms. If they didn't vote...
