Then this is Congress's fault. Not China's. Not the Cartels'. The main enemy of the American people in this instance (as in most others) is its own government. The solution to this problem is not even more government yet.

1) That isn't normal in American justice (not yet at any rate). 2) If something is wrong, like this is, then it should be called out as wrong. If there's precedent for doing the wrong thing, that's not an excuse. 3) No, the alternative is not...
