Liveandletlive, We were with plenty of billboards... not sure anything gets quite the attention of a hot air balloon in a tight spot. It was awesome. :-)

Jim is exactly right. That spot was chosen as traffic ALREADY backs up during that rush hour before the I-385/Woodruff Exit, and contains billboard advertising clearly intended to reach that traffic. Once traffic backed up further than normal, the balloon was promptly, and respectfully...
