Its unfortunate he's leaving Congress, we really need him for 2 more years. But he's earned his retirement, can't begrudge him for wanting to get out of that rats nest.

I think a large part of the recent angst has been too many people who aren't leaders of the movement trying to speak for it, be it Rand, Alex Jones, members of the forums, etc. The one true leader hasn't spoken a word. Until Ron does say something, this angst is going to continue.

Jack Hunter is entitled to his own opinion. I also find it bizarre, since it seems to be the antithesis of everything Ron Paul has been.

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

I don't object to it, but I see myself more as a traditional conservative. I don't know what could be more conservative than strict adherence to the Constitution and the protecting the liberties it guarantees. The modern day idea of “conservative” has been corrupted by neo-cons.
