Not true, first Ron Paul in 3rd is not failing, and second Fred Thompson has spent a lot of money in Iowa. He felt like Iowa was his last chance so he's puting everything on the line, which in the end isn't working out for him. Giuliani and McCain are the two not spending on advertisements, but...
