No. county convention was held the 7th. District caucuses were held the 15th at the state convention.

I saw a news report that said 36 out of the 45 delegates allocated to districts will support McCain. 5 support Huckabee, and I guess the other 4 really are Uncommitted. Ken said today was fairly uneventful, except Keith Butler will be an at large delegate and is supporting Huckabee. Poor...

State GOP Convention in Michigan. The GOP is extremely fractured and doesn't stand a chance in the general no matter who they nominate. RP would be better off ditching the Republican label...it does more harm than good in this election.

No flaming here. After what I saw last night, the Republican party is toast. I think RP should continue in the Republican primaries until mid May and attend the LP convention.

No...the delegates that Romney was supposed to get are going Uncommitted. The delegates that McCain and Huckabee won are going for McCain and Huckabee. Nevertheless, the Uncommitted delegates that were elected last night were overwhelmingly McCain supporters and will no doubt vote for him.

AFAIK, all of the delegates in my district caucus were McCain supporters, although they all ran as Uncommitted (Romney won my district). I suspect this was true for other districts as well. So, yes, McCain probably picked up the majority of Michigan delegates. Holly Hughes (RNC committee)...
