    Yes,,, they can vote for Romney, then vote for our delegates. That way Ron Paul can win without winning the state. Romney would only get 18 delegates and all the rest are voted on.

    Mod: Delegates in PA are voted for DIRECTLY so people have to know who they are to vote for them. They don't say "Paul" next to them, I don't think, the way they do in Illinois. (the OP can correct this if that is wrong but my understanding is you have to know WHO to vote for) We can use some...
