I heard about that. AFAIK it's only one department that did that, disqualified people that scored too high on an IQ test. Thought that was hiliarious. IIRC, the disqualifying IQ score was some ridiculously high amount like 160+ which is borderline genius. That doesn't mean they are only hiring...
