I used the YouTube Videos so it can only be as good as the quality of those. Though I did use progressive scan and it was translated with TMPGEnc DVD Author 3 to DVD format from FLV. I would say the quality is good, maybe slightly better but not great or HD. If I had HQ videos of those videos...
