    Media stunt with matching funds

It would be giving public funds to private charity though...

Hand count shows 15 percent for Ron Paul.

I'd like to see a recount but this isn't necessarily evidence of fraud. Correlation does not imply causation.

    Question -- war

The bolded part is specific to the state militias, as they are not normally in service to the Federal government. The US Army and Navy are always in service to the US government, so the president is always their commander in chief.

    Question -- war

Actually I just looked it over and the Constitution gives Congress the power "To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions" However, it does not say for the Army and/or Navy. These do not need to be "called forth"; they...

Having trouble in supporting paul in my school

At my high school all seniors took Civics class, and the course included several class presentations... If that's true for you, it should be trivial to work Ron Paul into it.

Chalk Roads with 'Google Ron Paul' ect??

It's common to do it on college campuses but out in public areas it might be mistaken for vandalism.

I need help in a debate

Point to the massive list of straw polls as a start. Republican party has been hemorrhaging members and those remaining are pretty apathetic because of the mess Bush made. When people have to get off their sofa and drive a couple hours to vote, Ron Paul supporters most willing to do that by far.
