You make a very good point. All the enthusiasm is worthless without votes. Bumper stickers, sign waves, Facebook "Likes" and t-shirts can't win an election.

I don't think it is okay. It's private property. Leave it alone. Better to go inside the mall and interact directly with the people rather than just leave them on the windshield. I think the ROI would be greater with personal interaction. Target people sitting in the rest areas on the couches...
