If we're so close to falling off the edge of the cliff and don't think Romney would be able to stop it, I'd rather see Obama in a second term so it happens on his watch. If it happened under Romney, they'd just start blaming capitalism all over again.

Well, judging from how things ended up, I say make Minnesota the new free state project and have him move here. ;)

For MN convention:

Minnesota has the highest confirmed percentage of Paul RNC delegates so far... ;) Not sure if that changes after this weekend.

I'm sure they're scrambling to do everything possible to prevent us from getting anywhere at State. Hopefully we can overcome whatever shenanigans they come up with. I'm #40ish of 50 alternates from my SD. Not planning on attending State since it's very unlikely I'd be seated.

Didn't attend the CD3, but was glad to be part of the process. I was 40ish down the list of alternates, figured there'd be no way I'd get seated with how many people we have as delegates and higher ranked alternates. I hope this is a preview of how the State convention will go.

The level after local caucuses that elected delegates to go to the State and senate district conventions, provides party endorsement for the senator and representatives from the area, etc.

Someone there passed out a "recommended" slate of delegates, seemed like an organized anti-Paul slate, made to look like it was an official document from the people running the show. Should have done a point of information and inquired about the source of the handout I guess. Oh well. Also...

I hope the GOP doesn't scramble together enough support to offset our efforts in the late caucuses since they know they're facing an embarrassing situation if they don't. We must out-organize them.
