    Do you know these candidates?

    I'm the Libertarian candidate for Congress in CA14 (Silicon Valley), and Secretary of the 2008 LP Platform Committee -- which just created a Ron-Paul-compatible moderate Platform. My question is: when would a Libertarian candidate NOT be considered a "Liberty Candidate"?
