Such a conundrum, isn't it? Govt money flows to almost every corner of the nation now, to the tune of around $11,000,000,000,000.00.* Is there anything that can not be construed as "govt"? And as for "speech", is there any behavior or action...

The 1st Amendment applies to govt, not all of us. Someone can't walk into your house, or your church, scream whatever they want, take a sh!t on the floor, and then claim they are exercising their free speech rights and that they are the victim.
