I vow to myself to never come on this site again. Most of the folks on here seem mentally disturbed and in need medication.

I'm really conflicted between storing up essentials and preparing for the worst and at the same time looking at this market turning around and thinking maybe things wont get catastrophic. My house has gone up 10,000 in 30 days and all of Las Vegas and Pheonix are doing the same.

My house is going up in value now. Bought it 110,000K off the high, went down 50K after that now it has gained for the last two months. Las Vegas market is coming back, big time. Two vacant homes on my street were finally purchased this month after a year or more of being vacant.

Cramer is my uncle, too, I swear. I think I just found a new way to get a dream job. Uhm, can anyone impersonate a famous tv money guru, pays 1000 bucks for ten minutes? :D:D

Geez, have a heart people...the sherrif is correct. People should be notified if they are going to be evicted a couple of months ahead of time. It's the law and so kicking out families without notification is breaking the law. So these cops have been breaking the law AND the golden rule.

Well, good for you. I also look at the quality of what I am buying, but to each his own. I prefer to buy higher quality stuff for the same low price or even lower that is made in an ethical way from people in my community. Because if my community suffers, I suffer. Thats how capitalism works...
