I just got back from Panama City Beach Florida and OMG at the for sale signs EVERYWHERE. In the past 25yrs never seen anything like it. Im talking beachfront prime real estate. The beach is fine down there, the water is crystal clear. Everybody is trying to sell but nobody is buying.
