The money supply in the economy will not grow because it soon falls throught the cracks designed into the flooring (like the gold dust in the movie "Paint Your Wagon"). The end result is that the Fed and it's shareholders own more of America and its future generations.

The true lender of last resort has and always will be future generations. I see banking as something that can help or destroy society depending on the goals of those who wields its power.
