This is by design. The multiple charges are bargaining chips to be used to elicit a plea agreement. The prosecutors fill their conviction quotas all the while doing you a "favor" for letting you "plea" to a lesser penalty.

Saw it. The facial recognition programs that are being developed at Carnegie Mellon are scary as hell. There is no place to hide - to be anonymous is a thing of the past.

I'm thinking that "free gas" would be a great way for tptb to round up some of the sheep. Why go thru all the trouble of door to door when they will just line up on their own.
