You've donated, but have you registered as a Republican?

Yes I have. I also have printed up post cards to send to all registered Llibertarians and Constitutionalist reminding them to register as a Republican before November 19th.

Anyone on this board from MD? Did you get a red postcard? That came from my printer.

Today is great people, but we cannot forget the fundamentals. Get yourself, and everyone else that you can to GO TO THE POLLS and vote for Ron Paul in the primaries. This means knowing, and conforming to your local deadlines and regulations.

donated, registered, and will be participating in becoming a delegate. We will take over the GOP from the ground up and assure that Ron Paul gets the nomination.

Indiana has an open primary, so I will be registering as a Libertarian.

I dont need to I live in New Hampshire woot...

Even in open primary states, we may need supporters to be registered Republican to be delegate candidates to the national nominating convention. Please register Republican if an option in your state. Go to local Republican Party meetings!

OH GOOD GOD!!

We're starting precinct walking here in Los Angeles County (PM if you'd like our comprehensive easy step-by-step guide) and I was looking over my walk list, looking for myself, and sure enough there I was....and I was NOT listed as Republican! I was listed as blank, meaning 'declined to state.' WTF!!! What if I hadn't found out that bit of news until Feb 5th?!

The moral of the story is be SURE you're registered Republican. Re-register if you're not sure.

I knew I was missing something....

Don't worry I live in TX, not Iowa or NH.

I'm only 17 right now, and I will not be 18 by the time delegates are chosen. Otherwise, I would register as Republican.

Hi Krippy, I'm not sure about Indiana (native Buckeye here), but in most states, one can vote in the primaries if they'll be 18 by the general election day. Definitely worth checking out. ;)

You are correct, but that still doesn't have any effect on the delegate situation, which would be the only reason for me to register as a Republican. Since I cannot become a delegate, I have no reason to register delegate.

Thanks for your input, though, I appreciate it!
