Fact: Bob Barr lost his political career because of the Libertarian Party.
Fact: Bob Barr has never, ever stood for Libertarian Principles while in office.
Fact: Bob Barr and his campaign has intentionally dissed Ron Paul.
Bob "Candy" Barr is a plant. Ron Paul represents everything the establishment GOP is against, and they fear him. Barr gets the LP nomination (in dirty fashion), and then sacrifices the party to the MSM gods and the RP supporters. Who better than a person who despises, more than any other politician could despise, the Libertarian Party? Yet, he receives the nomination anyway... and now he puts on another beautiful turncoat, and yall are surprised?!
McCain isn't even really meant to win, but he needs to get as close as possible in their minds, without the feeling that a third party had a chance... this was a bad year for the GOP, and a third party would have made too much noise, gained too much ground.
They have succeeded. Obama will win the Presidency. Barr will get less votes than Nader. McCain will barely lose.
The GOP will be back in 2012 in pure form to "save" us from ourselves, and we will get another Neocon.
