i can understand your concerns but would you really let that single issue get in the way of everything they could accomplish together, even considering that the abortion issue wouldnt be addressed by anyone else running , and also considering the executive branch doesnt even have the power to overturn roe vs wade.

I did not vote in the poll because I do not know enough about where he stands on a variety of issues. Ron Paul is a straightforward type of non-politician in the american sense, with a proven record in Government. Jesse Ventura is not so clear to me today:

A lot of this sounds good but it is 6-8 years old. Where does he stand today? And what is to say Dr. Paul would even be a part of it?

I'd much, much rather see Paul/anybody than anybody/Paul. VP's have no power. President's have the most of any person in the world. I want Dr. P in the power position.

I like Ventura way more than McCain or any dem, but I'd probably vote Libertarian over Ventura/Paul.

I think I could vote for Ventura/Paul or Paul/Ventura. Obviously, I'll vote for Dr. Paul even if hell freezes over but I was thinking that we could use a tough guy on our side. I mean, McCain has Arnold and Stallone, Huckabee had Chuck Morris, Ventura would be a very good choice and could help us with the Revolution. Plus, Ventura would probably bring Trump and Vince into our camp.

It might be good, though, to have someone who has (generally) the same principles as Ron Paul but who can work the media at their own game--blurring entertainment and politics.
