Why the Bail Out is UNCONSTITUTIONAL: Judge Napolitano *Utube*

I'm sure you've all heard of Tom Woods, but after reading "Who Killed the Constitution" I can only be left with the realization that the Constitution is ALREADY COMPLETELY DEAD.

Any rights that you are allowed to exercise are just a favor from the government. the Congress can do whatever it wants. The President can do whatever it wants. The Judiciary can do whatever they want. Any restraint is only from fear that the decision will result in massive public revolt, not that the action is unconstitutional.

The Constitution, like sound money and liberty, is an anachronism.

There is no constitution left. Only a handful of judges may still honor it, but only as far as it fits their idealogy.

Our consitution died in 1865.

Indeed. As I've stated elsewhere, none of the respective branches of government at the federal level USE their constitutional power to keep each other in check. Rather, in collusion, the branches of government allow one another to continually usurp power constitutionally reserved to the people. In other words, the branches of government at the federal level continue to grow beyond their constitutional limits at the expense of the people.

What a moron that guy is.

I like how the Loyalists always deride people by calling them "Liberals" or "Left", or conversely "Conservative" or "right", like they somehow have the morally superior position. While I only lose respect for the people spewing this mob-rallying hate, this seems to polarize the extreme positions of the respective factions and most people are then duped into choosing sides like they are rooting for college football.

Note also that it only loyalists that get a kick out of making these collectivist labellings: people that may not like the people running the system, but kid themselves into thinking the regime change will actually change anything.

Those few people that actually recognize that this is a systemic failure, rather than a mismanagement by Kwyjibos, refrain from this type of collectivism where ideas are valued not by reason or logic, but by the judgment upon the people who hold them.

I'd place money on him being top 2 or 3 "trusted" anchors by the American public. Anyone have data? I'll go check.
