I run the server. Just checked it. Up.

One possibility might be that your ISP is having some sort of DNS issue.

When it gets stuck, does your browser status bar say: "Looking up...." or "Contacting..." or "Loading..."?

( Above is for firefox, I'm not sure what the Internet Explorer equivalents are )

You have a commodore 64? And you actually USE IT to surf the net? That's freaking unbelievable. It must be so SLOW. I have one - and a vic 20 too.
