Asked about what he could do about "inner-city kids partaking in violence" at the MTV/MySpace Forum, Democratic candidate John Edwards said:
To me that's even worse than what O'Reilly said. At least he can say he was being absurd to point out the false portrayal of African Americans in popular culture. Which is what I think he was doing.
But this Edwards comment is virtually impossible to use the context excuse. Why is it just a few bloggers commenting on it? Where's the MSM? Where's Sharpton?
